In Loving Memory of Randy Diamond

Dedicated to Randy
Chin Up, Girl is lovingly dedicated to the life and legacy of Randy Diamond, a woman whose journey from recovery to radiant service continues to inspire everything we do.
Randy’s unwavering faith, fierce self-love, and commitment to lifting others remind us that healing is not only possible — it’s powerful.
Every act of kindness, every moment of encouragement, and every woman we serve carries a piece of Randy’s light.
Randy's Legacy
Randy was more than a survivor — she was a giver, a mentor, and a beacon for women finding their way back to themselves.
After nearly 28 years in recovery, she poured her heart into the Narcotics Anonymous community, guiding others with compassion, honesty, and grace. Known for her signature style, sharp wit, and that unforgettable confidence, Randy showed women that sobriety didn’t mean losing your sparkle — it meant rediscovering it.
Her presence filled every room with warmth and laughter, and her faith in God was the foundation of her transformation. She reminded everyone she met that redemption is real and that every woman deserves to stand tall, healed, and whole.
Today, Chin Up, Girl carries that same message — helping women rebuild their confidence and rediscover their glow through self-care, dignity, and sisterhood.
And if you ever find yourself at a Chin Up, Girl event, look for Randy’s Chair — beautifully draped in blue, her favorite color. It’s our reminder that her presence is always with us… cheering on every woman who dares to rise, recover, and rediscover her glow.
In 2023, Randy was a guest on the Lived Experiences podcast by Selenthia Jeffers and Barbara Hanson. Take a listen to Randy's journey to sobriety, in her own words, by clicking the button below.
