This is not your typical job fair. Career Connect is intentionally designed to feel engaging, uplifting, and accessible—creating space for individuals to explore opportunities, build confidence, and take meaningful next steps without pressure.
Hosted in partnership with TN Department of Correction, this event is open to men and women and welcomes anyone currently seeking employment, including those navigating barriers such as reentry or gaps in employment.
